Health and safety is more than just a set of rules to us. Safety is an attitude, an ongoing acknowledgment of changing conditions to ensure every person present at our job site remains safe. We ensure our crews have sufficient experience and knowledge to complete their delegated tasks safely and efficiently.
Our equipment is inspected daily for defects that could lead to potential incidents.
MSDS sheets are available for all potentially harmful materials on job sites, and all field crews are provided with required PPE.
We are proud to have not recorded a lost time injury since inception.
Environment
Paradigm is committed to preserving the state of the often pristine environments in which we work.
On our job sites, vehicles and equipment are inspected daily for leaks and equipped with spill kits. We offer biodegradable drilling fluid additives and rod grease, and dispose of waste hydrocarbons responsibly. We install ball valves on refueling hoses as an added measure of protection.
We ensure all drill stations are reclaimed properly prior to our departure.
